Paragon Architecture Inc. is the architect for the new headquarters of Webster Electric Cooperative in Marshfield. With an estimated cost of $4.7 million, the project comprises a 19,200-square-foot office complex and an 18,700-square-foot attached truck garage. Engineers are Toth & Associates Inc., civil and structural; and Colvin Jones Davis LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. RE Smith Construction Co. is the general contractor for the facility, which was planned to increase operational efficiency and security, and to provide room for growth. Features include efficient geothermal heating and cooling systems and a tornado-resistant interior space. The project is slated for completion in April.
