Nabholz Construction Services is the general contractor. The addition will house classroom spaces and serve as a Federal Emergency Management Agency 361 safe room. Project design and documents were completed in six weeks. Features include the use of natural light through FEMA-rated window systems, and the design has flexibility for a future second-floor build-out. Completion is slated for the fall.
