Architect: Oke-Thomas + Associates Inc.

Oke-Thomas + Associates is the architect and interior designer for a worship facility in St. Robert for Victorious Ministries Church. Security Design Group Inc. is the engineer. A general contractor has not yet been selected. With an estimated cost of $3.1 million, the 21,000-square-foot facility comprises a 900-seat sanctuary, a multipurpose building and a day care center that will accommodate children ages 2 through 6 and an after-school program for students in kindergarten through high school. The building is a rigid-frame structure with a center spine that serves as the daycare wing. The facility is on a four-acre property across from St. Robert City Hall. Completion is slated for December 2008.
