Architect: Jennifer Wilson Architect LLC

Jennifer Wilson Architect is the designer for the renovation and addition to a historic limestone barn for The Round Barn on Clear Creek LLC. Colvin Jones Davis LLC is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer, and Wells & Scaletty LLC is the structural engineer. The general contractor has not yet been chosen. The barn, located on Highway 60 between Willard and Ash Grove, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is being renovated into an event center, with improvements that include a new interior stair, HVAC system and lighting. There also will be a new lobby and bridal room, with all changes designed to comply with State Historic Preservation Office Section 106 guidelines. Completion is slated for September.
