BancorpSouth is the lender for the roughly $2 million project, which has 5,354 square feet of retail space on the main floor, including a showroom, training rooms, home theater demonstration room and offices. A 2,750-square-foot lower floor includes a garage and storage area and is accessible from Patton Alley. The third floor is Veridian Events, which operates as a separate entity.
