Architect: Ireland & Associates Inc.

Ireland & Associates Inc. is the architect for American Eagle Design-Build Studio LLC’s 5,600-square-foot neighborhood center at Fort Leonard Wood. Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins Inc. is the mechanical engineer, and Packard Engineering is the structural engineer. Interior Planning Consultants Inc. is doing the interior design for the approximately $1.1 million project, slated for completion this month. American Eagle, which is developing the privatization of housing at Fort Leonard Wood, wanted to provide a building where people can come together for birthday parties, neighborhood meetings, exercise and other community gatherings.
