Hufft Projects LLC is the architect for Dr. Pat Bauer’s 6,000-square-foot office in the Terra Green sustainable office park. Engineers are Olsson & Associates Inc., civil; Lankford & Associates (Kansas City), mechanical, electrical and plumbing; and Meridian Structural Works, structural. MSB Inc. is the general contractor and Matlack-Van Every Design Inc. (Santa Cruz, Calif.) is the interior designer. The facility is designed to be easily maintained and energy-efficient. Completion is slated for January.
