Architect: H Design Group LLC

H Design Group is the architect for renovations to Twin Oaks Country Club. Engineers are Colvin Jones Davis LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing; Anderson Engineering Inc., civil; and Meridian Structural Works Inc., structural. Eoff & Associates Inc. is the general contractor for the buildings, and Craig Fishel Consulting and Design Inc. is the general contractor for the pool. Aimed at updating and improving the club’s existing facilities to facilitate membership growth and evolving demographics, the project replaces the existing pool and surrounding areas and provides additional space for administrative offices. The project adds 19th Hole, a family area, and renovates Men’s Grille and Gallery Bistro and its support spaces. Completion is scheduled for December.
