Architect: H Design Group LLC

H Design Group LLC is the architect for the 11,800-square-foot DiVentures Scuba and Swim Center, which will have a natatorium with a 25-yard heated pool, diving well and locker rooms. Retail space will display scuba equipment, and there also will be a service and repair department and several classrooms. Engineers for the project are CJW Transportation Consultants LLC, civil; Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins Inc., mechanical, electrical and plumbing; and Fishel Pool, aquatics consultant. Interior design is by Interior Planning Consultants Inc., and the general contractor is Nabholz Construction Services. The facility is located two blocks north of Omaha, Neb.-based DiVentures’ Springfield center at 5601 S. Campbell Ave. The new center is scheduled to open in April.
