Esterly Schneider is the architect for a Liberty Branch Bank location in West Plains for West Plains Bank and Trust Co. Bob D. Campbell & Co. of Kansas City is the structural engineer, and Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins Inc. is the mechanical and electrical engineer. RKL Construction Co. of West Plains is the general contractor for the 4,855-square-foot project, which will house a lobby and bank operations, including offices for new accounts and lending personnel. Liberty Branch Bank will have an on-site automated teller machine, a conference room, vault and other amenities, including four drive-through lanes.
