Architect: Esterly, Schneider & Associates Inc.

Esterly, Schneider & Associates is the architect for the renovation of a Table Rock Lake resort into an 11-unit condominium development on the lakefront for owner/developer SWDFOR LLC. Because it is a renovation, there are no engineers on the project. Winslow Construction Management LLC is the general contractor. The units range in size from 1,000 square feet to 1,700 square feet, with wood floors, energy-efficient windows and lake views. Karen Davis Designs selected the interior colors. Each unit comes with its own boat slip. The project is slated for completion this summer.
