Buxton Kubik Dodd Creative is the architect and interior designer for Wasson TVC Development’s Park Plaza. The three-building development comprises about 35,000 square feet for medical, professional and office use. The first shell building, with 11,500 square feet, will house anchor tenant The Vision Clinic. Engineers for the roughly $700,000 project are Colvin Jones Davis LLC; mechanical, electrical and plumbing; Miller Engineering PC, structural; and Shaffer & Hines Inc., civil. The general contractor is Linville Construction LLC.
