Architect: Buxton Kubik Dodd Creative

Buxton Kubik Dodd Creative is the architect and interior designer for D. Scott Schmidly’s approximately 6,000-square-foot Lifestyle Dental office. Engineers are Miller Engineering PC, structural; Colvin Jones Davis LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing; and Shaffer & Hines Inc., civil. A general contractor has not been chosen. The dental office will have four operatories, a basement with lounge and break room, and unfinished space for expansion. The estimated completion date is summer 2012.
