Architect: Butler, Rosenbury & Partners Inc.

Butler, Rosenbury & Partners is the architect and structural engineer for Broadway Baptist Church’s new location. Other engineers are Colvin Jones Davis LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing; Anderson Engineering Inc., civil; and Palmerton & Parrish Inc., geotechnical. DeWitt & Associates Inc. is the general contractor. The 75,000-square-foot church is on a 23-acre site, and the facility will accommodate up to 2,400 people, with a wide concourse enabling expansion on two sides. Construction of the roughly $8.1 million project will begin this spring, with completion slated for Easter 2012.
