Architect: Butler Rosenbury & Partners Inc.

Butler, Rosenbury & Partners Inc. is the architect and structural engineer for brand image remodeling for Thompson Sales Co.’s Cadillac, Buick and GMC dealership. Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins Inc. is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer, and Aton Construction is the general contractor for the roughly $500,000 project. A lender has not yet been chosen. General Motors’ Brand Image Upgrade Program is designed to enhance sales and service and provide a uniform image throughout the company’s dealer network. The work includes exterior façade and interior remodeling, with new fixtures, furniture and equipment. Completion is slated for spring 2012.
