BK Architects LLC is the architect for Signal Point Asset Management’s downtown office for owner/developer Walnut & South LLC. Meridian Structural Works is the structural engineer and Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins Inc. is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. Interior design is by Cindy Love Interiors and Colonial Homes is the general contractor for the roughly $100,000 project, financed by Arvest Bank. The design theme builds on existing exposed brick and hardwood floors, and a new wood ceiling in the reception area creates a focal point for clientele. Interior offices are separated by glass walls, allowing natural light to reach central spaces. Completion is slated for September.[[In-content Ad]]
