Bates & Associates is the architect for owner/developer Mark Coburn’s retail center, the first building in a 10-acre retail and office development. A general contractor has not yet been selected. Olsson Associates Inc. is the civil engineer; other engineers have not yet been selected. The estimated cost of the 12,000-square-foot project is $700,000, but a lender has not yet been determined.
