Architect: Bates & Associates Inc.

Bates & Associates Inc. is the architect for Phase I of Bear Village for owner/developer Bryan Properties. The project, which is in the early design phase, will comprise student housing, with 24 four-bedroom/four-bathroom apartments, comprising 42,000 square feet, as well as a pool and clubhouse. Lee Engineering and Associates LLC is the civil engineer. Magers said the project is part of a $20 million development near Missouri State University that was approved earlier this year. Phase 1 is slated for completion in July 2012.
