Bates & Associates Inc. is the architect for a 24,000-square-foot education center in Waynesville for Springfield-based Ozarks Technical Community College. The engineers are Toth & Associates Inc., structural; Colvin Jones Davis LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing; and Anderson Engineering Inc., civil. A general contractor has not yet been selected for the project, which has an estimated cost of $3.6 million. The general education facility will have offices, classrooms and laboratories, and completion is slated for January 2013.
