Architect: Baron Design & Associates LLC

Baron Design & Associates LLC is the architect for Evergreen Investments’ 19,000-square-foot office building in Lebanon. Engineers are Colvin Jones Davis LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing; Miller Engineering PC, structural, and Barton Engineering Co., civil. The exterior is cast stone with natural stone column accents and a metal tile roof. A covered entrance canopy opens into a two-story atrium enhanced with natural wood panels, and natural light is used throughout the building. The building is situated to maximize views and maintain trees on the property, and every administrative office has an outdoor view. Completion is slated for the spring.[[In-content Ad]]
