Archer Aviation reached a deal to buy three Boeing subsidiaries.
The acquisitions comprise electric aircraft firm Wisk Aero, drone maker Insitu and airspace-services provider SkyGrid, according to Reuters.
The deals would give Boeing a nearly 20% stake in Archer Aviation.
