Arby's Restaurant Group Inc. agreed to purchase Buffalo Wild Wings for $2.4 billion.
Including debt, the deal is valued at $2.9 billion, according to The Associated Press.
Upon completion of the transaction, Buffalo Wild Wing would become a privately held subsidiary of Arby's that would continue as an independent brand.
