Arby’s franchisee Miracle Restaurant Group has filed for bankruptcy for a second time.
The company, which has 25 stores in Illinois, Indiana, Texas, Mississippi and Louisiana, reported $1 million to $10 million in assets and liabilities in the filing.
Previously operating more than 60 stores, Miracle Restaurant Group filed for bankruptcy in 2010 and conducted a restructuring.
