Food service company Aramark Corp. agreed to buy two companies in separate deals for a total of $2.35 billion.
Aramark plans to spend $1.35 billion on Avendra LLC, which produces food and supplies and performs services such as hotel landscaping.
The company agreed to buy AmeriPride for $1 billion. AmeriPride is a provider of uniforms and towels.
