Apple's new billion-dollar business

Apple Music now has 15 million subscribers, CEO Tim Cook announced at a Wall Street Journal technology conference in Laguna Beach, Calif., on Monday evening.

Of those, 6.5 million are paying customers and the others are on Apple's three-month trial.

While that only equals $780 million, Apple only needs to convert 1.8 million more to reach the mark.
