Apple Watch debuts, backordered until June

Not very many people showed up to try out the new Apple Watch when it was debuted in Apple stores in London or Hong Kong last week. In fact, CNNMoney reports store personnel and media folk outnumbered Apple acolytes in London.
 
That might be because those who are eager to strap on the Apple smartwatch have already ordered theirs online. The report states all models are currently on backorder for more than a month. Shipments are scheduled to begin April 24.
 
Apple states it expects to sell out of the smartwatch, which is the company's first new product since founder Steve Jobs died in October 2011.
