Apple to start making iPhones in India

Following months of negotiations, Apple has been cleared to start manufacturing iPhones in India.

iPhone assembly could start as soon as April at a plant on the outskirts of Bangalore, an Indian tech hub.

Apple supplier Wistron will operate the plant.
