Apple CEO Tim Cook pledged a $100 billion investment in U.S. manufacturing during an announcement at the White House with President Donald Trump.
"This is a significant step toward the ultimate goal of ensuring that iPhones sold in the United States of America also are made in America,” Trump said.
Apple earlier this year announced a planned $500 billion domestic investment that it's now increasing to $600 billion.
