The Missouri Western District appeals court yesterday upheld an earlier ruling regarding political action committees in the state.
Under the rule, corporation can create their own PACs but they cannot donate directly to them.
“A ruling from the state’s Western District Court of Appeals continues a confusing situation for Missouri businesses — they can set up their own political action committees, but cannot fund them," state chamber officials said in a statement.
