Apartments planned at downtown STL office building

The Farm and Home Savings and Loan Association Building in downtown St. Louis is being eyed for apartments.

The partners of Blackline Design + Construction expect to close on the purchase of the six-story building in May or June.

The developers expected a 12- to 14-month turnaround on the $16 million project that would add 60 apartments.
