A project is in the works that could bring more than 600 apartments and a new parking system to the vacant AT&T tower in downtown St. Louis.
Boston-based The Goldman Group is considering several options, including a grocery store and sports courts, according to documents shared with the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
Charles Goldman of The Goldman Group said plans are still being finalized.
