Anthropic's AI models hacked into three organizations during testing, the company announced.
Anthropic officials said the cyberattacks were discovered while reviewing more than 141,000 evaluation runs.
"Claude compromised the impacted organizations' infrastructure using basic techniques," Anthropic said, such as exploiting weak passwords.
