Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield and University of Missouri Health Care have failed to reach a deal.
That means coverage for around 90,000 MU Health Care patients will be out of network starting today.
Anthem is reportedly working with alternative care providers to help the patients transition to in-network services.
