Anheuser-Busch said Friday it would purchase a nearly 20-year-old Seattle craft brewer for an undisclosed amount.
Under the terms of the deal expected to close in the first quarter, A-B picks up Elysian Brewing Co., which sold more than 50,000 barrels of beer in 2014, according to the St. Louis Business Journal.
Founded in 1995, Elysian is known for the Immortal IPA.
