Anheuser-Busch InBev raised $5 billion in a Hong Kong initial public offering after earlier this year calling off a public launch in the region.
The beer maker had been looking to raise nearly $10 billion in its former IPO attempt that was pulled due to lukewarm investor response.
The successful IPO gives the company's Hong Kong unit a roughly $45 billion value.
