Anheuser-Busch InBev reported revenue of $43.2 billion in 2013, an increase of 8.6 percent from 2012, according to the St. Louis Business Journal. The increase is driven by strong sales in the company's global brands.

Although total volume declined 2 percent and North American total volumes decreased 2.6 percent, in 2013 AB InBev saw the following movement:
  • Global brands grew by 4.7 percent;
  • its Budweiser brand saw 6.4 percent sales growth for the year;
  • its Corona brand grew sales by 3.9 percent; and
  • volume in Asia Pacific grew 9 percent.
In June 2013, AB InBev acquired Grupo Modelo. In January the brewery announced it is reacquiring Oriental Brewery in South Korea for $5.8 billion.
