Anheuser-Busch filed suit against rival MillerCoors, alleging it stole confidential recipes.
The suit alleges MillerCoors illegally obtained the recipes for Bud Light and Michelob Ultra from a former Anheuser-Busch employee.
In the suit, Anheuser-Busch claims MillerCoors sought the recipes with plans to retaliate for Anheuser-Bush's Super Bowl ads. In the ads, MillerCoors was accused of using corn syrup in the beer-brewing process.
