Anheuser-Busch accused of misleading consumers in lawsuit

A lawsuit filed in federal court accused Anheuser-Busch of misleading customers.

The suit that's seeking class-action status claims consumers have unwittingly purchased margarita, rose, mojito and sangria-flavored products from Anheuser-Busch, believing the beverages had tequila, wine or rum. The products are malt beverages.

The lawsuit also is seeking a jury trial and damages.
