The Dec. 25 story “Hammons Hotels to build 15-story hotel, resort in Osage Beach” stated that Pat McNally of McNally Commercial Properties brokered the deal. McNally represented the seller, Marine Investments LLC, and Dennis Hilton of Hilton Realty & Investment in Springfield represented Hammons Hotels.
The Jan. 8 story “U.S. Bank expands its Private Client Group” reported that Jami Peebles spearheads the wealth management aspect, and Steve Gassel leads private banking for the Private Client Group. Peebles and Gassel report to James B. “Jim” Johnson, senior managing director of the Private Client Group, who was not named in the story.
Correction
Newsmakers in the Jan. 1 issue stated that Charles Woolley of Kingsley Group Business Brokers received the Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary certification for completing more than $1 million in transactions. The designation is given to professionals who complete a required number of transactions each worth more than $1 million.
