Americold Realty Trust broke ground this week on a $127 million development in Kansas City.
The cold storage facility would be located at Canadian Pacific Kansas City’s IFG Terminal.
Nearly 190 jobs are expected to be created as part of the plans for the 335,000-square-foot facility.
