America's uninsured rate is on the rise

Some 11.7 percent of Americans were uninsured in the second quarter.

That's up from a record low of 10.9 percent at the end of 2016, according to the Gallup-Sharecare Well-Being Index.

The rise equates to roughly 2 million people.
