Colorado-based Boulder Beer, reportedly America's oldest craft brewery, has been saved from closure.
Sleeping Giant, which makes beer for other brewers, is partnering with Boulder Beer and will take over manufacturing, distribution and marketing.
Boulder Beer, which is nearly 40 years old, has a product line that includes Mojo IPA, Buffalo Gold and Hazed & Infused.
