'America's Got Talent' winner a member of Gig Salad

Springfield-based Gig Salad is a booking agent for “America’s Got Talent” winner Mat Franco.

The magician, a Rhode Island native, wowed the judges and audience on the NBC show Wednesday night and took home the $1 million grand prize in AGT’s ninth season.

Gig Salad officials quickly took to Facebook to spread the word about Franco, one of its 50,000 members. They called the post, “Gig Salad’s Got Talent.”
