Americans stuck in traffic for 8B hours in '15

In 2015, Americans spent more than 8 billion hours in traffic, according to transportation analytics firm Inrix.

Los Angeles scored the top spot on the list. Commuters there spent 81 hours in traffic last year.

Washington, D.C., and San Francisco tied for second with 75 hours.
