American women seek $66M in damages from US Soccer

U.S. women’s national team players are seeking more than $66 million in damages from the U.S. Soccer Federation.

A trial is scheduled to start May 5 in the case alleging gender discrimination.

Last year, players on the women's national team sued the federation for alleged inequitable compensation between the men’s and women’s teams.
