Don Russell Builders is the general contractor for Humphreys Properties LLC. Godwin & Associates is the architect and the engineer. Alan Humphreys Agency of American Family Insurance will occupy about 2,100 square feet on the west end of the 7,400-square-foot structure. The remaining space will be available for lease. “Those lease spaces can be as (small) as 1,000 square feet all the way up to 3,000 square feet,” said Alan Humphreys, who is acting as his own leasing agent. The project’s estimated cost is $600,000. Completion is set for July 1.
