Ameren Missouri yesterday announced plans for a 91-acre solar farm in the state.
The facility, which is expected to generate 12,000 megawatt hours per year, would be located near New Florence in Montgomery County. That's about an hour west of St. Louis.
Ameren last month moved to operate with net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.
