Ameren Corp. subsidiary Ameren Missouri announced plans to purchase its largest-ever solar facility.
The 200-megawatt solar installation in central Missouri is subject to a build-transfer agreement with EDF Renewables.
The installation called the Huck Finn Solar Project is expected to produce enough energy to power 40,000 homes.
