AMD and Nvidia have reached a deal with the U.S. government to sell AI-capable chips in China.
The companies reportedly agreed to give 15% of Chinese chip revenue to the U.S. government in exchange for export licenses.
Nvidia last year recorded $17 billion in Chinese sales, while AMD reported $6.2 billion.
