AMC Theatres is expanding its U.S. footprint through acquisitions.
The company has purchased seven former Bow Tie Cinemas locations in the northeastern United States.
"Our theater acquisition strategy makes AMC a better and stronger company as we move forward on our glidepath to recovery,” said Adam Aron, the company's chair and CEO.
